Former Inspectorate General of Police Gen. Kale Kayihura this morning appeared in court and was charged with three counts and among these were aiding the kidnap of civilians, issuing of the firearms and guns to Boda Boda 2010, a crime which took place between 2010 and 2018 and helping in the repartriation of Rwandan Refugees and also some Ugandan citizens to Rwanda.
He pleaded not guilty to all of the charges and was therefore remanded back into the Military barracks in Makindye.
